- Class titles reflect the
content and progression. Lesson plans build on each
previous month as the students learn technique
and prepare to choreography and perform their
own dances.
- SCHOLARSHIPS: CDA offers ½ tuition and work-study scholarships for students who need financial assistance. Donations to the scholarship fund are tax deductible and essential to keeping this program going. Consider adding an addition $1-5 to your tuition each month for the fund. Confidential applications are available from your instructor.

Creative Dance – 5-6 yrs – Builds on the Basic class, adding new terms and technique with more structure
Littles Tap (ages 5-8 yrs) - beginning tap technique for your rhythm-crazed dancer
Creative Dance & Technique.- 7-9 yrs – Fundamentals of modern and jazz dance technique while creating choreography
Boys Class - Movement, tumbling, break-dance for ages 6-10
Modern & Jazz Dance Technique – 9-12 yrs – focus on technique, group choreography, with core conditioning
Teen Dance Technique & Performance - 13+ - more technique, choreography and full body conditioning
Professional Prep Class - by audition or invitation only. Intermediate/advanced teens and adults - focus on dancers who are serious about performing and/or teaching professionally. Technique, teaching skills, choreography
Tap/Rhythm – Levels 1 & 2 – Basic tap training incorporating other rhythms
Hip Hop/Jazz, level 1 & 2 – Come have fun in our street style hip hop class, while improving your jazz technique.
Beginning Contemporary Ballet - ages 9+ - Introduction to ballet to enhance and strengthen dance technique
Intermediate Contemporary Ballet – Ballet for modern dancers, (teens and older), requirement for Velocity
Pointe – Must be enrolled in ballet, by teacher recommendation only.
Beginning Aerial Silks - learn the skills needed to perform acrobatics while suspended from a special fabric including "wrap, suspend, swing, and spiral in and out of various positions."
CMC Modern II Class - Modern dance for adults. Open class, rotating teachers every three weeks. Come join us for the fun!
